  • Eschatology: the theology concerning death, the afterlife, destiny, judgement, and the soul.
  • Fug: a warm, stuffy/smoky atmosphere in a room.
  • Heterodox: outside the usual standards or beliefs.
  • Insularity: a lack of interest in other cultures.
  • MIDI: (musical instrument digital interface) a standard for connecting and using electronic instruments.

Fiction

  • In a hopepunk future, there lives a former BMX and dirt bike champion, now an accomplished amputee software engineer and custom fabricator. His path intertwines with his former flame, who he doesn't immediately recognize, leading to rediscovered friendship and rekindled love.

Acknowledgement Of Country

I acknowledge the folks whose lands I owe my existence to: the Koori people. The traditional owners, storytellers, and first peoples. This land's been tended and lived alongside for millennia with knowledge passed down through generations. What a legacy. May it prevail.
